Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept USDT. The available networks are shown at checkout. After placing your order you will see the exact amount and wallet address; your order is confirmed automatically once the payment is detected on the blockchain.
How long do I have to complete a USDT payment?
Your order is reserved for a limited time, shown as a countdown on the payment screen. Please send the exact amount shown — the decimals are how we match the payment to your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to help.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our studio in Istanbul, Turkey.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. You can estimate it on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find it under My Account → Orders.
