Shipping
All orders are packed by hand and shipped from our studio in Istanbul with full tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your destination and the total weight of your order — use the calculator below for an estimate.
Duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside Turkey may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn items with their original tags within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
